Project Management Skills:

 

Business Development.  Determines industry needs to develop appropriate programs to best provide the information needed.  This includes the determination of project methodology, sub-contractor roles, advisory board requirements, sampling design, timing and costs.  Proposal writing and in-person consultation plays a key role.  
Marketing and Communication.  Responds to Requests for Proposals with twenty years of proposal writing experience  
Data Analysis & Report Writing.  Includes both quantitative and qualitative analysis, interpretation of objectives, hypothesis testing, conclusions & recommendations.  Certified focus group moderator.  
Client Representative.  Client contracts, study designs and special requirements.  
Project Co-ordination.  Supervises all levels of projects including communication with sub-contractors, questionnaire design, project accounting, and timing.
